  • 2 tbsp Raisins (Kishmish) use good-quality black or golden raisins
  • 1 cup Water room temperature

Method
 

  1. Wash the raisins well to remove any dust.
  2. Add the raisins to a clean glass or bowl.
  3. Pour 1 cup of water over the raisins.
  4. Cover and soak overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  5. In the morning, drink the infused raisin water on an empty stomach and eat the soaked raisins for best results.

Notes

You can slightly warm the water before drinking if preferred. Regular morning consumption helps improve digestion, maintain energy levels, and support liver health.
