  • 1 Maggi packet any flavour
  • 2 roti cut into small squares
  • 1/4 cup capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrot finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp onion chopped
  • 1 tsp oil any cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder adjust to taste
  • 1 cup water for cooking Maggi

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions for a minute.
  2. Add capsicum and carrot. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly soft.
  3. Sprinkle turmeric and red chilli powder. Mix well.
  4. Add water and the Maggi tastemaker. Stir and bring it to a boil.
  5. Break the Maggi noodles into the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the roti pieces and gently fold them in so they absorb the flavours.
  7. Cook for another minute until everything blends well. Serve hot.

Notes

You can add spinach, sweet corn, or leftover sabzi to make it more nutritious. Use whole wheat roti for extra fiber.
