- Add milk, soaked chia seeds, saffron milk, dates, and cardamom powder to a blender.
- Blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve chilled. You can garnish with a few saffron strands or a pinch of chia seeds.
Notes
For extra protein, add 2 tbsp Greek yogurt. For a vegan version, use almond or oat milk and replace dates with jaggery syrup if preferred.
