Method
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cucumber, spring onion greens, coriander, lemon juice and black pepper.
- Warm the rotis lightly on a tawa to keep them soft.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each roti.
- Place salmon slices on top and spread them out evenly.
- Roll the roti tightly and slice into 2 to 3 pieces if serving as snacks.
Notes
You can add lettuce or spinach for extra fiber. Use hung curd instead of cream cheese for a lighter version.
