- In a mixing bowl, add curd, besan, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, and lemon juice. Mix into a smooth marinade.
- Cut the soya chaap into bite-size pieces and coat them well in the marinade. Rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan with a few drops of oil. Cook the marinated chaap on medium heat until golden from all sides.
- Warm the rotis on a tawa and spread mint chutney or low-fat mayo on each.
- Place cooked chaap in the center. Add sliced onions and capsicum on top.
- Roll tightly and serve hot.
Notes
You can add cabbage, lettuce, or hung curd dressing for extra freshness. For a spicier version, sprinkle chaat masala before rolling.
