Method
- Add whole wheat flour, curd, salt, and a little water in a bowl. Knead into a soft dough and rest it for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix spinach, grated paneer, ginger, green chilli, turmeric, red chilli, cumin powder, and salt. Combine well to make the stuffing.
- Divide the dough into equal balls. Roll one dough ball into a small circle.
- Place 1-2 tbsp of stuffing in the center. Seal the edges tightly.
- Gently roll the stuffed dough into a paratha without pressing too hard.
- Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, using a little ghee or oil.
- Serve hot with curd, pickle, or chutney.
Notes
You can blanch the spinach lightly if you prefer a softer stuffing. Use fresh paneer for the best texture.
