Method
- Take a mixing bowl and add quinoa, mashed sweet potato, and chopped spinach.
- Add besan, ginger, cumin powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt.
- Mix everything well to form a smooth dough. If it's too soft, add 1 more tbsp besan.
- Shape small round tikkis with your hands.
- Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil. Place the tikkis and cook on medium flame.
- Cook until both sides turn golden and crisp.
Notes
You can add coriander leaves, grated carrot, or crushed peanuts for extra nutrition. Serve with mint curd dip for a healthier option.
