  • 1 cup curd (yogurt) fresh and chilled
  • 1/3 cup tomato finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp black salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1 pinch red chilli powder optional

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the curd until smooth.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, and coriander.
  3. Mix in roasted cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, and red chilli powder.
  4. Stir well until everything is combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving for best flavour.

Notes

Use thick curd for a creamier texture. You can add cucumber for extra freshness.
