Method
- Heat milk in a saucepan on medium flame.
- Add turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, and ginger. Mix well.
- Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Do not boil too much.
- Turn off the flame and add jaggery or honey. Stir well.
- Pour into a cup and serve warm.
Notes
You can use fresh haldi instead of powder. Add a small crushed piece while heating and strain before drinking.
