Method
- Heat water in a saucepan on medium flame.
- Add turmeric, black pepper, and ginger. Mix well.
- Let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes until the flavours come out.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey only after the tea cools slightly. Stir and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavour, add a pinch of cinnamon or a few tulsi leaves. Drink at night for better sleep and reduced inflammation.
