  • 1 cup carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup beetroot, chopped
  • 1 small ginger piece ½ inch
  • 6-8 mint leaves fresh
  • 1 cup water adjust as needed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch black salt optional

Equipment

  • Mixer grinder or juicer

Method
 

  1. Add carrot, cucumber, tomato, beetroot, ginger and mint leaves to a mixer grinder jar.
  2. Pour in 1 cup water and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture using a fine sieve or enjoy as it is for maximum fiber.
  4. Add lemon juice and black salt. Mix well and serve chilled.

Notes

You can add spinach, bottle gourd or amla for extra nutrition. Drink immediately to get the maximum vitamin content.
