Method
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions for 30 seconds.
- Add carrot, capsicum and green peas. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Pour in water and bring it to a boil.
- Add Maggi noodle cake and the tastemaker. Mix gently.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the noodles soften.
- Sprinkle black pepper, mix and serve hot.
Notes
You can add spinach, sweet corn or beans to make it more nutritious. Adjust water based on how soupy or dry you like your Maggi.
