- Whisk the curd in a bowl until smooth.
- Add chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, grated carrot, and coriander.
- Mix in roasted cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, and green chilli.
- Combine everything gently and chill for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use fresh curd for the best taste. You can also add beetroot, capsicum, or boondi for variations. Adjust consistency by adding 1–2 tbsp water if needed.
