  • 3 cups Watermelon cubes (seedless) fresh and chilled
  • 6 leaves Fresh basil torn
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Honey optional
  • 1 cup Cold water adjust as needed

Method
 

  1. Add watermelon cubes, basil leaves, lemon juice, honey, and cold water to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the juice to remove any pulp, if you prefer a smooth drink.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with fresh basil.

Notes

You can replace basil with mint for a different flavor. Use chilled watermelon for the best taste and natural sweetness.
