Method
- Heat low-fat milk in a non-stick pan and bring it to a gentle boil.
- Add crumbled paneer and mix well on low flame.
- Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and slightly grainy.
- Add jaggery powder and stir continuously until it melts and blends evenly.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a plate or tray and spread it evenly.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and gently press them into the surface.
- Let it cool for 15 to 20 minutes, then cut into small squares and serve.
Notes
Use low-fat paneer for best results. You can replace jaggery with stevia for an ultra low-calorie version.
