  • 200 g crumbled paneer (low-fat)
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 3 tbsp jaggery powder adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios optional

Method
 

  1. Heat low-fat milk in a non-stick pan and bring it to a gentle boil.
  2. Add crumbled paneer and mix well on low flame.
  3. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and slightly grainy.
  4. Add jaggery powder and stir continuously until it melts and blends evenly.
  5. Sprinkle cardamom powder and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a plate or tray and spread it evenly.
  7. Garnish with chopped pistachios and gently press them into the surface.
  8. Let it cool for 15 to 20 minutes, then cut into small squares and serve.

Notes

Use low-fat paneer for best results. You can replace jaggery with stevia for an ultra low-calorie version.
