Method
- Add whole wheat flour, jaggery powder, sesame seeds and cardamom to a bowl. Mix well.
- Pour in ghee and rub it into the flour until it looks like breadcrumbs.
- Add warm water little by little and make a firm dough.
- Place the dough between parchment sheets and roll it into a thin sheet.
- Cut into small squares or strips using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Bake at 170°C for 10–12 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Let them cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
Notes
For extra crunch, keep the dough thin. You can also add flax seeds or chia seeds for more fiber.
