
Mexican Chicken Fajita Indian Style
A healthy and flavour-packed Mexican chicken fajita recipe adapted for Indian kitchens. Simple, quick and beginner-friendly.

- In a bowl, mix curd, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin, black pepper and salt.
- Add chicken strips and coat well. Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add marinated chicken and cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes until it turns golden.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until slightly soft but still crunchy.
- Warm whole wheat rotis or tortillas.
- Fill each roti with chicken and veggies. Roll and serve hot.
Notes
You can add hung curd dip, guacamole or fresh salad on the side for extra nutrition.
