
Spinach & Cheese Stuffed Paratha
A healthy and delicious Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Paratha packed with iron-rich spinach, soft whole wheat dough, and melty cheese. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a light dinner.

- Add whole wheat flour, salt, and ajwain to a bowl. Slowly add water and knead into a soft dough. Rest it for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix chopped spinach, cheese, chilli, and red chilli flakes. Keep the stuffing ready.
- Divide the dough into two balls. Roll one into a small disc, add stuffing in the center, and seal it gently.
- Roll the stuffed dough again into a medium paratha using light pressure.
- Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on both sides with a little ghee until golden and crisp.
- Serve warm with curd or chutney.
Notes
You can blanch the spinach lightly if you prefer a milder flavor. Use a mix of paneer and cheese for added protein.
