- Add curd to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Pour in the chilled water and whisk again to make thin buttermilk.
- Mix in roasted cumin powder, black salt, coriander, green chilli, and ginger.
- Stir well and taste. Adjust spices as needed.
- Serve chilled in glasses. You can top with a pinch of cumin powder before serving.
Notes
For extra cooling, add a few mint leaves. You can also blend everything for a smoother texture.
