- Whisk the curd in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add pomegranate seeds, roasted cumin powder, and black salt.
- Mix gently so the curd stays light and the seeds don’t break.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and chill for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use chilled curd for best taste. You can add a pinch of chaat masala for extra flavour. Works well with parathas, biryani and simple dal-chawal.
