- Add whisked curd to a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
- Mix in sprouted moong, cucumber, coriander, green chilli, salt, and roasted cumin powder.
- Combine gently and add a splash of water if you prefer a thinner raita.
- Chill for 10 minutes and serve with roti, rice, or millet dishes.
Notes
For better digestion, lightly steam the sprouts for 1–2 minutes. You can also add grated carrot or chopped tomatoes.
