
Healthy Potato Sandwich
This healthy Indian potato sandwich is easy, quick and perfect for breakfast or a light meal. Made with spiced mashed potatoes and whole wheat bread.

- In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
- Add coriander, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix well.
- Spread the potato mixture evenly on two bread slices and cover with the remaining slices.
- Heat a tawa and add a little butter. Place the sandwich and toast on medium heat until golden and crisp.
- Flip and toast the other side until crisp. Serve hot with chutney.
Notes
For a healthier version, you can toast the sandwich without butter or use an air fryer.
