- Add washed and deseeded jamun to a blender.
- Add jaggery, black salt, lemon juice, and water.
- Blend on medium speed until smooth and pulpy.
- Strain the mixture using a fine strainer to remove any skin or residue.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
Notes
You can skip jaggery if you prefer a low-sugar version. Jamun is naturally tangy and slightly sweet, so adjust water and sweetener to suit your taste.
