
Quinoa and Spinach Tikki
A healthy Indian quinoa and spinach tikki packed with protein and fiber, perfect for weight loss and easy evening snacks.

Method
- In a mixing bowl, add cooked quinoa, mashed potato, and chopped spinach.
- Add besan, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Mix everything well to form a soft dough. If it feels too sticky, add 1 tbsp more besan.
- Shape the mixture into small round tikkis.
- Heat a non-stick pan, brush with a little oil, and place the tikkis.
- Cook on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or curd.
Notes
You can add grated carrot or paneer for more nutrition. Keep quinoa completely cooled so the mixture binds well.
