- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking tray.
- Wash the apples and remove the core using a small knife, keeping the bottom intact.
- Mix honey, cinnamon, raisins, and nuts in a bowl.
- Fill the hollow center of each apple with the mixture.
- Place the apples on the tray and bake for 20–25 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- Serve warm as a healthy dessert or snack.
Notes
You can drizzle a little warm honey before serving. For added fiber and nutrition, sprinkle chia or flax seeds.
