
Rava Pancake
A light and healthy Indian-style Rava Pancake made with semolina, veggies, and simple spices. Perfect for a quick breakfast.

Method
- Add rava, curd, water, turmeric, and salt in a bowl. Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped onion, capsicum, carrot, and green chilli to the batter. Mix to combine. Adjust water if the batter is too thick.
- Heat a non-stick tawa and lightly grease it with oil.
- Pour a ladle of batter and spread gently like a small pancake.
- Cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes until the base turns golden. Flip and cook the other side.
- Serve hot with chutney or curd.
Notes
You can add spinach, coriander, or grated beetroot to increase the nutrition value. Using curd makes the pancake soft and improves digestion.
