  • 1 cup Seedless dates soft, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mixed nuts almonds, cashews, pistachios
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

Method
 

  1. Roughly chop the mixed nuts and lightly dry roast them in a pan for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame.
  2. Add the chopped dates to the pan and mix well. The heat will soften the dates.
  3. Add ghee and mash the dates gently using a spatula until everything comes together.
  4. Add cardamom powder and roasted nuts. Mix well to form a sticky mixture.
  5. Cool slightly, then roll into small ladoos with your hands.

Notes

You can add sesame seeds or desiccated coconut for more texture. Store ladoos in an airtight box for up to one week.
