  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries or Indian seasonal berries) fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp Honey adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Almond slivers optional

Method
 

  1. Take a clean glass or bowl and add half of the Greek yogurt.
  2. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  3. Drizzle a little honey over the berries.
  4. Sprinkle chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and almond slivers.
  5. Repeat the layering with the remaining yogurt and toppings.
  6. Serve chilled. Enjoy as a healthy breakfast or post-workout snack.

Notes

You can add banana slices or mango chunks during Indian summers. For extra crunch, add a spoon of granola.
