
High-Protein Paneer Wrap
This high-protein paneer wrap is a quick Indian-style healthy meal made with soft paneer, fresh veggies, and whole wheat roti. Ideal for lunch, dinner, or a post-workout meal.

- Mix curd, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt. Add paneer cubes and coat well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add marinated paneer and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame until lightly golden.
- Warm the whole wheat roti on a pan.
- Spread green chutney or low-fat mayo on the roti.
- Add cooked paneer, onion, capsicum and cabbage in the center.
- Roll the wrap tightly and serve warm.
Notes
You can add lettuce, fresh spinach, or a squeeze of lemon for extra freshness. Multigrain roti works well too.
