- Add corn to a mixing bowl along with onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chilli.
- Season with chaat masala, roasted jeera powder, and salt.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Top with coriander and a light sprinkle of sev before serving.
Notes
Use steamed sprouts or boiled peanuts to increase protein. Avoid sev for a low-calorie version.
