  • 1 cup rolled oats lightly roasted
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts coarsely crushed
  • 1/4 cup jaggery grated
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ghee for binding

Method
 

  1. Heat a pan on low flame and melt the jaggery with 1 tsp water until it becomes slightly sticky.
  2. Add oats, crushed peanuts, chia seeds, and peanut butter into a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the melted jaggery into the bowl and mix everything well. Add ghee if needed for binding.
  4. Take small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  5. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set and store in an airtight container.

Notes

You can add flax seeds, cocoa powder, or chopped dry fruits for extra nutrition. Store these bites for up to one week in the fridge.
