  • 1/2 cup Almond butter unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup Almonds roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Flax seeds whole or lightly crushed
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp Stevia or erythritol adjust to taste

Equipment

  • Non-stick pan
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Baking tray or plate

Method
 

  1. Heat a non-stick pan on low flame. Add chopped almonds, chia seeds, flax seeds, and coconut flakes. Dry roast for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, warm almond butter and coconut oil for a few seconds so they mix easily.
  3. Add roasted nuts and seeds to the almond butter mixture. Add vanilla and sweetener. Mix well to form a sticky dough.
  4. Spread the mixture on a plate or tray. Press it firmly into a square or rectangle.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour until set, then cut into small squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Great as a quick keto snack or pre-workout bite.
