  • 2 tbsp fresh aloe vera gel scooped from aloe leaf
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1–2 tsp honey optional for sweetness

Method
 

  1. Cut the aloe vera leaf and wash it well. Remove the green skin and scoop out only the clear gel.
  2. Add aloe gel, water, lemon juice, and honey to a blender.
  3. Blend on medium speed for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Strain the juice using a fine sieve for a smoother texture.
  5. Serve immediately for best taste.

Notes

Use only clear aloe gel and avoid any yellow part, as it may cause bitterness. Drink in moderation, preferably on an empty stomach.
