  • 1/2 cup ripe avocado (scooped) about 1 small avocado
  • 8-10 leaves fresh mint
  • 1 cup chilled low-fat milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp water to adjust consistency

Method
 

  1. Add avocado flesh, mint leaves, milk, honey, and water to a blender.
  2. Blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more honey or milk.
  4. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, use almond or coconut milk. Add 2 ice cubes while blending for an extra cold shake.
