- Cut the avocado, remove the seed, scoop out the pulp, and mash it in a bowl until smooth.
- Whisk the curd until creamy and lump-free.
- Add mashed avocado, coriander, roasted cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, and black pepper.
- Mix everything gently until the raita turns creamy and well combined.
- Chill for 10 minutes and serve with paratha, pulao, biryani, or as a healthy dip.
Notes
Use a fully ripe avocado for the best texture. You can add grated cucumber or mint for extra freshness.
