  1. Add sliced banana, milk, yogurt, honey, and ice cubes to a blender.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, freeze the banana before blending. Add a pinch of cinnamon or cardamom for extra flavor. Use low-fat milk to keep calories lighter.
