  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 cup water adjust as needed
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for light sweetness
  • 1 inch ginger optional

Method
 

  1. Wash, peel, and roughly chop the carrots for easy blending.
  2. Add carrots, ginger, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the blended mix using a fine strainer to remove the pulp.
  4. Mix in lemon juice and honey. Stir well.
  5. Serve fresh and chilled for best taste.

Notes

Use fresh carrots for the best flavor. You can skip honey if you prefer natural sweetness.
