  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups milk ( dairy or almond )
  • 1.5 tbsp jaggery powder or honey adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)

Method
 

  1. Add chia seeds to a mixing bowl and pour milk over them.
  2. Mix well to avoid lumps and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir again once the seeds start swelling.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Once thickened, add jaggery or honey and mix gently.
  6. Sprinkle cardamom powder and chopped nuts on top before serving.

Notes

For a richer taste, add 1–2 tbsp grated coconut or a few drops of rose water. Always add jaggery after soaking to prevent curdling.
