
Chickpea & Cauliflower Tikki
Healthy Indian chickpea and cauliflower tikki made with simple ingredients. Perfect for weight loss and easy snacking.

- Add boiled chickpeas to a grinder and pulse gently to form a coarse mixture. Do not make a paste.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add grated cauliflower, onion, besan, coriander, and ginger-garlic paste.
- Mix in chilli powder, jeera powder, haldi, and salt. Combine everything well.
- Shape the mixture into small round tikkis.
- Heat a non-stick tawa with little oil. Place the tikkis and cook on medium flame.
- Cook each side for 3–4 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve warm.
Notes
For a crisp texture, squeeze cauliflower well. You can bake tikkis at 200°C for 18–20 minutes with a light oil brush.
