- Add besan, chopped veggies, spring onions, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, chilli flakes, pepper and salt to a bowl.
- Pour water slowly and whisk until the batter becomes smooth and slightly thick.
- Heat a tawa on medium flame and grease lightly with oil.
- Dip each bread slice into the batter, coating both sides evenly.
- Place the coated bread on the tawa and cook until golden and crisp on both sides.
- Serve hot with green chutney or chilli sauce.
Notes
You can add grated carrot or finely chopped beans to increase the nutrition. Adjust spice levels based on preference.
