A warm and healthy Indian clove tea that supports digestion, boosts immunity, and is quick to prepare at home.

- Add water and cloves to a saucepan.
- Boil on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes until the water turns light brown.
- Switch off the gas and let it rest for 1 minute.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey if you prefer mild sweetness and serve warm.
Notes
Drink on an empty stomach for better digestion and relief from bloating. Avoid overuse as cloves are strong in flavour.
