Cucumber mint water is a refreshing Indian-style detox drink that helps hydration, improves digestion, and supports a healthy diet.

- Wash the cucumber and mint leaves well. Slice the cucumber thinly.
- Add cucumber slices and crushed mint leaves to a clean jug.
- Pour 1 litre of water into the jug and mix gently.
- Optional: Add lemon juice for a brighter taste.
- Let it sit for at least 10–15 minutes so the flavours release. Serve chilled.
Notes
You can refill the jug with water once more using the same cucumber and mint. Best consumed within the same day.
