  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or using a double-boiler until smooth.
  2. Cut the avocados, remove the seed, and scoop the pulp into a blender.
  3. Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Pour in the melted chocolate and blend everything until completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Transfer the mousse to bowls.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours for the best texture and serve cold.

Notes

For extra nutrition, add a spoon of peanut butter or top with fruits like strawberries or banana slices.
