  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional
  • 4-5 pieces ice cubes optional

  1. Add milk, banana, cocoa powder, protein powder, chia seeds, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 30 to 40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

You can use oats or dates for added thickness and natural sweetness. Skim milk or almond milk keeps the smoothie light and healthy.
