  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds (saunf)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Honey (optional) add only after tea cools slightly

Method
 

  1. Heat water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add fennel seeds and let them simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and let the water rest for 1 minute to absorb flavour.
  4. Strain the tea into a cup.
  5. Add honey if you prefer sweetness. Sip warm.

Notes

For best digestion benefits, drink after meals. Avoid boiling honey directly to maintain nutrients.
