  • 4 medium oranges use sweet and juicy oranges
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional, enhances freshness
  • 1-2 tsp honey optional, only if oranges are not sweet
  • 1/4 cup water to adjust consistency

Method
 

  1. Wash the oranges well and peel them completely.
  2. Remove seeds and separate the orange segments.
  3. Add the segments to a juicer or blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the juice using a fine sieve for a clear texture. Skip straining if you prefer pulp.
  5. Mix in lemon juice and honey if needed. Add a little water to adjust thickness.
  6. Serve fresh and chilled for maximum nutrition.

Notes

For best flavor, use sweet Indian oranges. Always consume orange juice immediately to retain Vitamin C.
