  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry) fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp Honey adjust for sweetness
  • 2 tbsp Granola or chopped nuts almonds or walnuts work well
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Add a spoonful of Greek yogurt to the bottom of the serving glass and spread it evenly.
  2. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  3. Drizzle a little honey over the berries for natural sweetness.
  4. Repeat the layers of yogurt and berries till the glass is filled.
  5. Top with granola or chopped nuts and chia seeds.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for a nicer texture.

Notes

You can swap berries with mango, banana, or apple during off-season. Choose unsweetened yogurt for the best health benefits.
