
Grilled Lemon Herb Salmon
A light and healthy Indian-style grilled salmon seasoned with lemon, herbs, and simple spices. Perfect for a quick high-protein meal.

- Add olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic paste, herbs, salt, and black pepper to a bowl. Mix well into a smooth marinade.
- Coat the salmon fillets gently with the marinade and rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan on medium flame and grease lightly with oil.
- Place salmon skin-side down and grill 5–6 minutes. Flip carefully and cook another 5–6 minutes until flaky.
- Serve hot with a fresh salad, sautéed veggies, or brown rice.
Notes
For stronger flavour, marinate for 20 minutes. Use fresh lemon for the best taste.
