
Healthy Banana Chips
Crisp and light homemade banana chips made with raw bananas and minimal oil. A healthy, easy Indian snack for all ages.

- Peel the raw bananas and slice them into thin, even round pieces using a knife or slicer.
- Mix turmeric powder and salt in a bowl with 2 tbsp water. Toss the slices lightly in this mixture.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add banana slices in small batches.
- Cook on medium heat until the chips turn crisp and light golden. Flip occasionally for even cooking.
- Remove and spread on paper towels. Let them cool completely for the perfect crunch.
- Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a guilt-free snack.
Notes
For an even healthier version, air-fry the banana slices at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
