- Add hung curd to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Mix in cucumber, capsicum, grated carrot, and coriander.
- Season with black pepper, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Combine well.
- Spread the curd filling evenly on two bread slices.
- Cover with the remaining slices to make sandwiches.
- Heat a tawa, apply a little ghee or butter, and toast both sides on low flame until crisp.
- Cut and serve warm.
Notes
You can add finely chopped onions or boiled corn for extra crunch. Use multigrain bread for higher fibre.
